Whether you're assigned to an item or specifically mentioned in a comment, these notifications ensure you never miss important updates or feedback.<h3>1. Who Receives Notifications?</h3>Assigned Users: All users assigned to a content item will automatically receive notifications for any new comments made on that item.Mentioned Users: If a user is mentioned in a comment using the "@" symbol followed by their username, they will receive a notification, even if they are not assigned to the content item. This ensures that specific feedback or questions directed at them are promptly communicated.<h3>2. Where Are Notifications Displayed?</h3>Inbox Notifications:Notifications for new comments are prominently displayed in the Inbox on the right side of the ContentPaul interface, under the Notifications section.The comment text is directly visible within the notification, allowing for quick comprehension without needing to navigate away.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/49bc1510-4afc-4222-a614-fb4df0edca71"></figure>Email Notifications:If email notifications are enabled in the user’s settings, a notification will also be sent via email.
