Connecting Facebook Pages

To connect your social media accounts to ContentPaul for automated posting, follow these steps:

Access Settings:

• Click on the Settings icon located at the bottom of the left-side navigation panel.

Open Integrations:

• In the settings sub-navigation, click on Integrations to access integration options.

Select Facebook Integration:

• From the integrations list, select Facebook.

Connect to Facebook:

• Click the Connect button to start the connection process.

Enter Credentials:

• When prompted, enter your credentials:
  • Username: enter the username of the account, typically the e-mail address
  • Password: enter the password you hold for this account

Business Selection:
If the permissions for your account on pages have been set through a business manager:

• Choose Opt in to current business only.
• Select your business from the business options.
• Choose Opt in to current and futures business
  

Page Selection:

• Click Continue.
• Choose Opt in to current Pages only.
• Select the pages you want to connect from the list of pages.

Instagram Account Selection:
When connecting ContentPaul to your Meta accounts, Instagram uses the same authentication process as Facebook. Since Instagram is part of Meta's platform, you only need to log in with your Facebook credentials when linking your Instagram account.

• Click Continue again.
• Choose Opt in to current Instagram accounts only.
• Select the pages you want to connect from the list
  

Save and Confirm:

• Click Continue, then click Save to confirm your settings.
  
• Click Got it to complete the process.
  

Assign to Workspace:

• The Facebook pages will now appear.
• For each Facebook Page you can now assign one or more workspaces.

Confirmation:

• You should now see a subtitle under the respective Pages indicating it is assigned to the workspace(s) you have selected.
• Your Facebook and Instagram accounts are now connected to ContentPaul, enabling automated posting through the Meta API Integration.
