Engage with Users

ContentPaul lets you publish posts and easily manage social media interactions, including automatic syncing of comments and replies.

ContentPaul not only allows users to create and publish social media posts, but it also provides a streamlined way to manage and engage with comments and replies on those posts. Once a social media post has been automatically published, ContentPaul periodically updates the engagement data, including all comments and replies from the social media platform.

Key Features for Engagement:

  1. Automatic Comment Updates:
    • After a post is published, ContentPaul will automatically sync and display all comments and replies made on the social media platform in the publishing panel on the right sidebar of the content item.
    • This update happens periodically, so users can easily keep track of interactions on their posts without needing to leave the ContentPaul platform.
  2. Responding to Comments:
    • In the publishing panel, users can directly reply to individual comments or post a new comment to the thread.
    • To reply to a comment, simply click the reply button next to the specific comment and enter your response. Once submitted, your reply is instantly posted to the social media platform.
  3. Posting General Comments:
    • Users also have the option to post general comments on the post without responding to a specific comment thread. This is useful for addressing all followers or engaging in broader discussions.
  4. Real-Time Sync with Social Media Platforms:
    • Once a comment or reply has been posted in ContentPaul, it will be immediately updated on the connected social media platform. This ensures that your engagement is reflected both within ContentPaul and publicly on the social media site.
    • The engagement data in ContentPaul, including new comments and replies, will automatically refresh with the latest updates from the social media platform.

How to Engage with Users on Social Media Posts

  1. Access the Published Post:
    • After the post has been published, navigate to the content item in ContentPaul.
    • Open the publishing panel on the right sidebar where all engagement data, including comments and replies, is displayed.
  2. Reply to Comments:
    • Browse the list of comments and click the reply icon next to the comment you wish to respond to.
    • Type your reply and click send. Your reply will automatically post to the connected social media platform.
  3. Post a General Comment:
    • If you wish to add a new, general comment (not in reply to a specific user), enter it in the comment box provided at the top of the engagement section.
    • Click send, and the comment will post to the social media platform in real-time.
  4. Monitor Engagement:
    • ContentPaul will automatically update the engagement data at regular intervals, but you can manually refresh it by clicking the "Update Data" button if you want the latest comments and engagement metrics instantly.
