Once a social media post has been automatically published through ContentPaul, the platform will periodically retrieve and display the latest analytical data from the respective social media platform. This data provides insights into the post’s performance and is essential for tracking the success of your social media campaigns.
Key Features of Social Media Analytics on ContentPaul
Automatic Data Updates:
- ContentPaul automatically retrieves and updates the post's analytics at regular intervals. You do not need to manually request updates each time, as the system will periodically refresh the data.
Lifetime Data Breakdown:
- The analytics displayed represent the lifetime performance of the post. This includes all interactions from the time the post was published up until the most recent data update.
- Data is broken down into key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
Impressions: The number of times the post has been displayed to users.
Reach: The total number of unique users who have seen the post.
Engagement (Reactions): The number of interactions such as likes, comments, shares, or reactions that the post has received.
Manual Data Refresh:
- While ContentPaul automatically updates your post’s analytics, you may wish to see the most current data sooner. To do this, simply click the "Update Data" button located in the right-hand sidebar of the post.
- This action will pull the latest analytics from the social media platform, giving you real-time insights into the post’s performance.
How to View and Update Social Media Analytics
Navigate to the Published Post:
- Once your social media post is published, head to the content item within ContentPaul to view its analytics.
View Current Analytics:
- In the right sidebar, you'll see the Publish section where key performance indicators such as impressions, reach, and engagement are displayed. This data is automatically pulled from the social media platform.
Manually Refresh Analytics:
- If you wish to update the data manually with the most recent performance figures, click the "Update Data" button.
- ContentPaul will retrieve the latest data from the social media platform and update the analytics in the sidebar.
